🎭 Load & personalize VRM characters

Start with built-in characters, download free store characters, explore community-shared uploads, or import your own VRM through local files and VRoid Hub. Customize each character with their own name, interests, personality, and behavior settings.

🖱️ Placement, Adjustment & Snap Controls

Drag your character anywhere on your desktop, move them between screens, and fine-tune scale, rotation, and position for different model styles. Use Perspective or Orthographic cameras, dock characters to screen edges, and assign built-in or custom animations for snapped states.

💬 AI Conversations (powered by LM Studio and Google Cloud)

Each character responds with its own memory, tone, and style — now with LM Studio integration for richer, more context-aware conversations.

🎞️ Advanced Animation System & Text-to-Speech

Characters respond with voice, gestures, and animation-driven behavior. Pal Engine includes Piper TTS support with a range of voices, and also supports additional text-to-speech providers through integration plugins.

🔊 Idle & Custom Animations

Set your default idle, or let characters cycle through random idles. Import custom FBX & VRMA animations.

💃 Dance Control

Choose which dances are included in random dance playback.

🧠 Interactions & Reactions

Assign unique actions and gestures to body-part clicks such as head, hands, legs, and more. Fine-tune how your character behaves by enabling or disabling idle animations, random dances, and snap-state animations.

🪟 Mini-Chat & Character Overlay Menu

Use the built-in mini-chat and character overlay menu for quick controls directly from the character window. Access core features faster without opening the full client every time.

📸 Photobooth

Create showcase images of your characters with a dedicated photobooth mode. Upload your own backgrounds, adjust character placement, and capture polished character photos to share.
