End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant
Pal Engine (“Software”) is licensed, not sold. Developer (“Licensor”) grants you, the individual end user (“Licensee”), a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software in accordance with this EULA.
2. Scope of Use
You may:
Install and run one copy of the Software on a single machine owned or controlled by you.
Use the Software for personal, commercial, or academic purposes.
You may not:
Distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software or its copies.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Software unless permitted by law.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain with the Licensor and its licensors.
4. Updates & Support
The Licensor may release updates, enhancements, or bug fixes at its discretion.
Support may be provided through user guides, forums, or direct communication as determined by the Licensor.
5. Privacy & Data Collection
Pal Engine stores chat history and settings locally on your device. The Licensor does not collect, transmit, or share any user data or conversations with third parties, unless required by law.
6. Third-Party Components
The Software may include open-source or third-party libraries. Use of such components is governed by their respective licenses.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” The Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated.
Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Software.
10. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.
11. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements or understandings.
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING PAL ENGINE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA.
