Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“It's hard to say. Probably between 12 to 24 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to have:
The Final Boss battle on Terra, which is currently missing.
"Fierce Campaign", a second campaign where to take your character after finishing the Main Campaign.
All 5 e-shops fully working; right now overall there are around 30 working items with 5 "Coming soon" items.
Two new objects: vials and energy belts.
I also would like to add one job in each of the unlockable areas, to earn some extra kreds. But this last item I'm not promising since it depends mostly on the interest that there is around the game.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The full Campaign can be played except for the final battle, so there are 30 mission available. The only thing missing is the final battle, and the few other features mentioned above.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“There will be a small increase in price as new features are added.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I will read and consider all feedback received through Steam and my website, as well as anywhere else. Let me know how you feel about what is already in the game and how you feel about the intended additions coming. The community is a great place where to shape the game into a better version of itself.”

About This Game

Operation Terra is a a science fiction First Person Shooter/Role Playing Game where you pave the way for mankind's resettlement on its new Earth, Terra, while fighting relentless machines hellbent on stopping you.

FIGHT

Fight drones, droids, robots, tanks, turrets. Their sole objective is to make it all impossible. Collect permanent bonuses and power ups lying throughout the levels.

EXPLORE

Near infinite procedurally generated maps and level layouts give you the option to go for a playthrough that is never the same. Roam levels where you have already completed a mission for more stats and credits farming.

UPGRADE

Upgrade your weapons and gear with credits looted on the missions. Buy permanent upgrades in the base. Earn clearance to access new parts of the base.

Features:

  • 30 unique enemies.

  • 6 different environments

  • 30 unique tiles sets overall, paired with 2-4 different texture sets each.

  • A character progression system that is exponential. You get more Skill Points the more you level up.

  • Unlockable parts of the base with more shops for you to buy goodies at.

  • Biochips that add to your basic stats.

  • An equipment upgrade system that not only adds to, but also multiplies your stats.

  • Mission Points earned by finishing missions and used to purchase special permanent upgrades around the base.
