About This Game

Drop Guardians is a tower defense style game inspired by pachinko, pinball and peg style games and flips it.  In Drop Guardians you are in control of the pegs and it's up to you to defend against falling balls. 

Manage your coins carefully and strategically place and upgrade your pegs to defend against an increasingly difficult onslaught of falling balls.  The game keeps a relaxed pace and allows you to take your time between rounds to adjust your strategy and plan ahead for the next round.

This game is best played using a mouse.  

Convenient new quality of life features include:

• This game uses Autosave to keep your progress saved between levels.

• Support for mouse, touchscreen, and keyboard.

• Sound and Music adjustments

• The ability to turn off Screenshake

EFFORTS:

Design considerations were made to hopefully make play comfortable or safer for photosensitive folks but I cannot guarantee it's totally safe.  I have learned a lot about it and am keeping in mind what I have learned when designing.  If there are any design issues or bothersome effects please let me know and I will try to fix them.

The developer does not intentionally collect any personal data from users of this game Software. However, this game may include third-party software and services (such as GameMaker Studio 2 and Steam SDK) that could collect limited data as part of their standard functionality. Please refer to Steam’s Privacy Policy and YoYo Games’ privacy terms for more information.

4. COPPA Compliance

This game Software is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been inadvertently collected, we will take immediate steps to delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information may contact us via our support email.

5. Third-Party Services & Components

This game Software may use third-party tools, code, and services including but not limited to GameMaker Studio 2 and Steam SDK. Use of such components is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.  We are not responsible for the data practices of these third parties.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

This game Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use this product, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, hardware damage, or other incidental or consequential damages.

8. Jurisdiction & International Use

This game Software is intended for distribution via Steam and may be accessed globally. Users are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations. Any legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of United States, Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Updates to This Policy

The Developer reserves the right to update this disclaimer, agreement and privacy policy at any time. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
