Congratulations on your new role as a Level 1 IT Support Technician! Clock in, sit down, and log into HelpDesk OS, a fully simulated corporate operating system where your only weapon against the endless tide of broken printers, forgotten passwords, and screaming executives is your keyboard.

In this narrative-driven simulation puzzle game, every support ticket is a boss fight. You must navigate complex dialogue trees to resolve issues while managing the delicate balance of your coworkers' Willpower and Rage.

A Fully Simulated OS

Navigate a nostalgic, fully interactive desktop environment. Drag windows, minimize tabs to your taskbar, and juggle multiple applications at once. Use the Employee Directory to look up caller details, open the Messenger to handle tickets, and keep an eye on the clock. You just have to survive until 5:00 PM.

Combat via Chat (Willpower vs. Rage)

This isn't just customer service; it's tactical combat. Every coworker has a Willpower meter (their resistance to following your instructions) and a Rage meter (their frustration level).

• Drain their Willpower: Pick the right dialogue options to break down their stubbornness until they finally submit a ticket.

• Manage their Rage: Be careful—if you are too blunt or unhelpful, their Rage will spike. If an employee's Rage hits 100%, you get escalated to HR and you're fired.

Weaponize the SLA Rulebook

When logic fails, bureaucracy prevails. Open your company's SLA (Service Level Agreement) Rulebook to look up exact corporate policies. Cite the correct rule to instantly shut down unreasonable demands and deal massive damage to an employee's Willpower.
