About This Game

Terror awakens in the frozen wasteland of Antarctica.

Fear Below Zero is a first-person survival horror experience that throws you into the role of a communications technician responding to a desperate distress call from Erebus Station, a remote Antarctic research facility where something ancient and deadly has been unleashed.

PURE SURVIVAL HORROR

There are no weapons, no way to fight back. Your only tools are stealth, cunning, and the environment around you. Hide in lockers, under desks, and in shadows as you evade an ancient predator that hunts by sight and sound. One mistake means instant death.

INTELLIGENT STALKER AI

Face off against a truly intelligent predator that learns and adapts to your behavior. This ancient creature doesn't follow scripted patrol routes—it dynamically tracks your every move using realistic hunting instincts. Every footstep, every flash of your flashlight, and every sound you make draws its attention. The creature investigates disturbances with genuine curiosity and growing suspicion, forcing you to constantly adapt your survival strategies.

When the hunt begins, nowhere is truly safe. The stalker will tear through doors, smash through ceiling hatches, and pursue you relentlessly through the station's interconnected buildings. Traditional hiding spots become death traps as the creature demonstrates problem-solving intelligence, checking common hiding places and remembering where it last detected you. This creates an escalating game of cat and mouse where each encounter teaches both you and the creature new lessons about survival and hunting.

SCAVENGE AND CRAFT TO SURVIVE

Explore the abandoned research station to gather electronic components, circuit boards, and scrap materials. Use your scrapping hammer to break down equipment and build the tools needed to repair the station's communications array and call for rescue.

BATTLE THE ELEMENTS

Antarctica doesn't forgive. Monitor your body temperature as the brutal cold saps your strength. Find portable stoves, warm clothing, and shelter to stave off hypothermia that will slow your movement and leave you vulnerable.

KEY FEATURES:

  • No-combat survival horror inspired by Alien: Isolation and Amnesia: The Bunker

  • Advanced AI predator that tracks your light sources and investigates sounds

  • Environmental storytelling revealing the dark secrets of Erebus Station

  • Realistic cold survival mechanics with hypothermia effects

  • Scrapping and crafting system to repair critical equipment

  • Multiple detection tools including H2S detectors and binoculars to track the creature

  • Dynamic hiding system with interactive cover points throughout the station

  • Atmospheric Antarctic setting with realistic weather and isolation

A MYSTERY FROZEN IN TIME

Uncover the truth behind the creature's awakening and the fate of the research team. As you piece together the station's final days through environmental clues and scattered notes, you'll discover that some secrets are better left buried in the ice.

Conrad, the station's mechanic and lone survivor, offers refuge in his barricaded cabin—but in a place where trust is as scarce as warmth, even allies may harbor deadly intentions.

Can you repair the communications, survive the creature's hunt, and escape the frozen hell of Erebus Station?
