Why Early Access?

“We wish to push out to Early Access before full launch so that we can have the visibility and ability to gain feedback on our gameplay and game loops for that full launch. We want to know that what we are making is working or if it needs some more polishing. This will also be a place to see if our base content is a good enough length before we begin our work on extra DLCs.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“This game would hopefully be in Early Access for around a month before our finalized 1.0 launch in October - November.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will have a set of completed free training modules to play as well as a full additional rogue-like tower defense mode as a side mode in the game. Our current version only has three tutorial levels for our tower defense mode and we will be adding about 5 more training levels to our set of free content which will be around 25 trainings. In the full version we will be continuously creating training packages as DLCs for the future with continued support and bug fixing for those trainings. We plan for this to be a fully dynamic and sustained system where you can download specific training packages that get added to the training modules section of our map and complete those for XP and currency to spend in tower defense and a cosmetic shop.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version contains 19 trainings and 3 tower defense levels plus some side quest content. Many bugs have been dealt with but we are hoping to find more from people's discussion posts and reviews through Early Access.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The game will be free in both Early Access and full release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Our hope is that the community will be leave valuable feedback about how the game feels, if there are any bugs that arise, and any quality of life changes that they would like to see in the full release. We are looking to engage with these people to make a game that is worth playing and foster a fun and inviting community too.”
