AIAI is designated to break away from the traditional method of clicking on options to increase ability, and to allow the user's immediate reactions to affect the game, through real-time eye tracking and emotion analysis via a webcam.

In order to provide more diverse options to users who play AIAI, we use AI models that run locally for gaze analysis and emotion recognition, but we did not use generative AI for any graphic assets (illustrations, UI, backgrounds).
