The Astral Disc. A mystical land where obsessions dwell. Every soul that cannot let go will eventually fall here. The Zodiac Guardians wait here quietly, with tenderness and regret in their hearts.

“The brightest star in the sky... that's me.” The girl's words were soft and warm.  But one day, she was gone……

Eira refuses to believe that warmth is lost forever.

She goes to find that star. She walks deep into the Astral Disc and meets the Zodiac Guardians trapped by their own obsessions……

Star Fire is a hand-drawn Boss Rush action game. You control Eira, face the Zodiac Guardians in bullet hell battles, listen to their stories. Fight, dodge, and chase the starlight with love and courage.

  Each Zodiac guardian has her own personality and story, reflected in unique bullet patterns. Some strike like shooting stars, others drift like falling petals… Every battle tells a different epic.

So hard to understand. Ugh, whatever. I’ll go check the Star Compass. Maybe I’ll figure it out there. Um, if I do… will I get to see her?

Within the Astral Disc are twelve guardians, each trapped in place by their own obsession that they cannot let go.

I used to be a programmer. Two years ago, I started learning art from scratch to make this game. Every character, every animation, every bullet pattern was drawn by one person.

Why make an anime-style game? Because I’ve loved it since I was a kid. Now I’m finally making the game I’ve always wanted to make.

What was the hardest part? Everything. But mostly, just not giving up. There were so many times I wanted to stop, but I kept going. And now it’s here.

This is a story about things people can’t let go. I hope you enjoy it.
