“The full version of Vanquish Evil will expand significantly on the foundation built in Early Access. Planned content includes:

- New zones/biomes with unique enemy types and bosses
- More spells and upgrade combinations, including entirely new ability types
- Additional base classes or starting characters with distinct playstyles
- Meta progression system, such as unlockable perks or persistent upgrades across runs
- Expanded lore and cutscenes to deepen the story and world
- Balancing and performance improvements based on community feedback
- The full release will represent the complete narrative and gameplay experience, with more content and systems that build on the existing core loop.”

“The current state of the Early Access version is the core gameplay loop which is the foundation from which to build from. Specific base upgrades and spells concepts were carefully chosen to encourage upgrade synergy and maximize fun gameplay.

The Early Access version features a custom-made RNG upgrade selection system that dynamically changes based on player upgrade choices.

All upgrades and character levels are reset with every new run. HOWEVER -- you can create your own unique builds with the new "Meta Item Equip" feature! This allows players to choose from the upgrade pool for their specific builds.”
