Why Early Access?

“Help me steer the direction of the game, I would like to get a playable tech demonstration released as well as a multiplayer tournament mode for CTF to test functionality.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The plan is to release a very small island set in the world and expand it as we progress towards 1.0. we are hoping for a summer 2026 1.0 release leaving EA.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The early access release will be a multiplayer only client and some dedicated servers. No story content will be discovered on the Early Access maps. The general framework for movement, boat movement, melee and ranged attacks are implemented as well as a grapple hook and some vehicles all replicated for multiplayer.

There are placeholders in code and graphical assets that are not representative of the final product and may change during early access. We plan to implement multi seat and shoot from vehicles as well as sea combat over the course of early access before full release.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“2 islands available with a movable player boat as a base. The boats will not stay on server when logged to start. Dynamic weather and time of day, undead and some creatures. No survivor NPCs.

A Capture the Flag Tournament Client and server.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to gradually raise the price as we near 1.0”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to use forums here as well as discord to interact with users directly. Will run a central server with Devs playing the game and responding to Q and A. Livestreams with some Q and A during early access.”
