With this early access version, we want to collect feedback from players about the flow of the game, readability of the map and spotting possible bugs.

In the full version of the game, we plan to introduce introduce more playable characters and character customization options, a wider variety of items and weapons, as well as entirely new maps. We will continue to optimize and update the Early Access content to deliver a better gameplay experience.

A plague born of ignorance is spreading in the shadows.

Sanitism is a unique multiplayer online social deduction game. You will play as a member of a special investigation team, heading to the target location to complete assigned tasks within a limited time, work with your teammates to root out hidden threats and eliminate the growing disaster. Seek every possible means of survival—collect randomly generated items, trade with in-world merchants, and adapt to the dangers of a constantly shifting environment.

Online Multiplayer: Up to 8 players can participate in intense and suspenseful online sessions.
Diverse Playable Characters: Choose from a range of unique characters, each with their own distinct traits.
