Daisen is a hyper-fast-paced shooter where healing only comes through killing, and your weapons are always eager to overheat at the worst possible moment. Mix up your arsenal, "dance" across the arena, and remember: the line between you and the anomaly is thinner than it seems, Ms. Emilia.

What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Daisen is a fast-paced first-person shooter that requires a unique approach to development. We chose Early Access to involve players directly in shaping the final version of the game. Your feedback will help us improve combat mechanics, level design, enemy balance, and the overall quality of gameplay. Our goal is to deliver the best experience possible — and we want to build it together with you.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan to stay in Early Access for around 2 years, but this may change depending on player feedback and development progress. We want to ensure that the full release of Daisen is polished, balanced, and rich in content. Early Access allows us to gradually expand the game alongside the community, test new mechanics, and adapt based on your input.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Our primary focus is expanding the story mode. We’re exploring the addition of new chapters, scenes, and characters to deepen the narrative. There may also be improvements to core gameplay systems, visuals, and overall presentation. Future development will be heavily influenced by community feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game currently features the Bloodstorm Mode, which delivers the full core gameplay experience. It also includes Training Spheres — a set of challenges and training segments to help players master the mechanics.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to gradually raise the price as we ship new content and features.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We actively listen to every player. It’s important to us that the community’s contribution to Daisen feels meaningful and that everyone feels like part of the development team. You can leave your feedback on Steam, chat with the developers on Discord, or write to us on our social media pages.”

About This Game

"HUMANITY DOES NOT LEARN FROM ITS MISTAKES"

Kyiv, 2019. Fifteen years ago, humanity's attempt to conquer time ended in the catastrophic Time Fiasco. The experiment tore the fabric of reality, exposing Dark Matter - a fragile border with the non-Euclidean Anomalous world. Now, glowing "Windows" appear right on the city streets, from which Anomalies break through - creatures with their own ideologies and beliefs.

While underground Time Controllers artificially hold the earth together, private companies have turned the war with chaos into a commercial business and the direct extermination of competitors. Your name is Emilia Svitanko. You are an Essentiar. Your body is already mutating, granting you insane speed, but your mind still remains human. You are a mercenary for the Daisen corporation. Your mission: close the Windows, test experimental weapons, and eliminate "unnecessary eyes."

No magazines or classic reloads. Your weapons are equipped with Internal Bullet Generators powered by radioactive Zerfall Core processors. They create bullets directly while firing, but the price for this is instantaneous and critical overheating that will burn your fingers.

KEY FEATURES:

MANAGE HEAT, NOT AMMO

Take up to 3 weapons on a mission. From the "Siris" automatic rifle to the heavy "Grimolip" shotgun - balance on the brink of overheating so your weapon doesn't shut down in the heat of battle.

MOVEMENT IS YOUR SUPERPOWER

Use lightning-fast slides, jumps, and momentum to slice through crowds of enemies and dodge their projectiles. Believe me, you can't stand still in Daisen, because those who stand still are dead.

HEALING THROUGH KILLING

There are no medkits in the game. Collect hot orange essence from fallen enemies and use the Mender device to inject it directly into your veins to instantly heal your wounds.

DOUBLE LOOP THEORY

After exhausting sweeps, return to the Daisen hub office. Take a rest, buy new weapons with the hryvnias you earned, or simply enjoy the soothing atmosphere.

BLOODSTORM MODE

Survive in the arena against endless waves of enemies to your own music playlist. Prepare for sudden debuff events: from total blindness to poisonous smoke, or randomly renting a weapon from "casino slots."
