為何採用搶先體驗模式？

「The game is in early access because this is a one man operation and will need continues help from anyone willing to test the project. I need to test the fundamentals of the controls and game play before I commit to paying artists and animators. This is a mecha shooter which emphases control of your mech through customizing various parts to get a specific feel for your character. This means the more Part elements I add (without over complicating it) the more diverse builds will be available. This will all require throughout testing and time of which the best judges are gamer themselves.」

「I plan on Conducting an 3-4 Month long alpha, followed by the first beta phase where access will be restricted which will last 6 months and will be followed by a polishing open beta where which will last another 6 months. Overall the plan is for it to be in Early access for a year and a half before full release.」

正式版預計會與搶先體驗版有何不同？

「The Early Access version focuses on core gameplay, featuring Time Trial and 1v1 PvP modes to help refine controls and balance. As development progresses, the game may expand to include additional PvP modes, larger team formats, and new gameplay types such as a procedurally generated rogue-like experience. Visual and audio polish, narrative elements, and expanded multiplayer features, such as custom matches and matchmaking, are also areas we’re actively exploring. Feedback during Early Access will play a key role in shaping which features are prioritized and how the game evolves.」

搶先體驗版目前的開發進度如何？

「Full Metal Angel is in its alpha state, with core gameplay systems in place. Players can currently engage in a 1v1 PvP mode, which allows you to invite friends through Steam for direct battles. There is also a Time Trial mode designed to test your mech piloting skills and experiment with different builds.
Mech customization is available, including adjustments to stats and mechanical components, allowing for meaningful gameplay variation. However, cosmetic customization options are not yet implemented. Some elements, such as animations, sound effects, and parts of the user interface, are still in development or use placeholder assets.

「I plan to increase to cost with each phase making it cheapest during the initial alpha and most expensive on full release.」

「I have a Discord set up and will be releasing weekly updates on the games website as well. The discord will feature a forum for feedback as well as bug reports.」
