What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Tower Of Timor's core gameplay loop is functional, the experience is immersive, and it's ready to be explored solo. We believe involving the community at this stage will help us shape tower of timor into something truly unforgettable. Your feedback, ideas, and support will be vital as we expand the game with new content, polish, and features on the road to full release.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Tower of Timor is estimated to be at a full release in 2 years”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“In the full release of Tower of Timor, we plan to introduce a variety of new features and content, alongside significant expansions and refinements to existing systems. Players can expect new enemies and threats, increased map diversity through improved randomization, numerous quality-of-life enhancements, and overall performance optimizations.

We’re also committed to evolving the core concept of the game in collaboration with our community. Through feedback and discussions on our social media channels and Steam forums, we’ll continue shaping new mechanics and additions to make Tower of Timor an even more immersive and polished experience.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Tower of Timor is a randomly generated escape game where a simple trip to the grocery store turns into a nightmare. Lost in a sprawling, maze-like supermarket that seems to go on forever, you must find a way out while avoiding the staff and keeping yourself fed. Players can use shopping carts to store and transport items, and lay down planks to bridge gaps or access hard-to-reach parts of the supermarket.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Price will not change when we leave early access”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to involve the community by actively listening to player feedback, balancing suggestions, and bug reports through our Steam forums, Discord server, and social media channels. Community input will help us fine-tune enemy behavior, improve level generation, and prioritize new content and features.
We'll also be sharing development updates, patch notes, and roadmap progress regularly to keep players informed and engaged. Our goal is to build Tower of Timor alongside the community, ensuring the final game is shaped by the people who play it.”

About This Game

Tower of Timor is a first-person exploration and survival game where a normal shopping trip traps you in an infinite store. There are no weapons and no way to fight back.

The store is patrolled by staff who appear normal at first — but their arms and legs are stretched unnaturally, and they move in ways that don’t feel right. You must also manage your hunger, finding food to survive as you search for the exit.

Be careful night brings greater danger, as the staff become more aggressive and the aisles even more disorienting. Explore, survive, and try to escape a store that seems to have no end.
