As a state official, your duty is to transform empty building lots into vibrant, modern neighborhoods, creating metropolises that reflect the dynamism of a socialist urban system in constant evolution.

Build your city district by district, choosing how to develop each of the 14 available regions.

Shape residential blocks, factories, markets, hospitals, barracks, churches, ports, airports, and railway stations, striving to create a harmonious and balanced system.

Every building contributes to the city’s growth, but also brings new challenges to overcome: resource shortages, citizens’ needs, and sudden emergencies.

It’s not just about building: you’ll also need to manage essential resources such as the municipal treasury, electricity production, food supply, and other crucial aspects including public safety, state healthcare, party propaganda, and government services.

Keep a careful balance between production and consumption, make sure residential blocks and industries are renovated on time, and, if you want to give the city a fresh look, repaint buildings to create uniform, orderly, and attractive neighborhoods.
