Lords of Pain is a single-player party-building RPG with autonomous exploration and combat. Recruit adventurers, shape their strengths, and send them into a tower filled with monsters, treasure, and powerful guardians.

Your party handles the fighting. You choose their equipment, development, supplies, and marching orders. Push straight toward the next floor, explore every chamber for resources, or return to sanctuary to prepare for another expedition.

Build a party that works together

Recruit warriors, healers, mages, assassins, and specialists with distinct roles and traits. Grow your expedition into a party of up to 12 adventurers, combining frontline strength, ranged damage, healing, and support.

Develop characters through levels, proficiencies, build choices, and class advancements. Turn a warrior into a Sword Saint, a healer into a High Priest, or a chef into an Inferno Chef. Experiment with combinations to find what keeps your party alive.

More than just combat

A strong weapon is only part of a successful expedition. Keep your adventurers fed, manage water and fatigue, and maintain their equipment as they climb.

Make camp to recover between battles while supporters forage, cook, craft supplies, and mend gear. Decide when your party can keep going—and when it is time to head home.

Gather gold and materials, craft and upgrade equipment, and strengthen your adventurers with weapon enchantments and Temple blessings. Return to unlocked sanctuaries to recover, recruit companions, and prepare your next attempt.

Reach the Lord of Pain

Climb through winding dungeon floors with branching corridors, hidden chambers, and fog of war. Defeat Wardens and Demonlords standing between you and the summit.

On floor 100, face the Lord of Pain. Claim victory, then return to challenge him again and improve your time on the leaderboards.
