Why Early Access?

As Arcadian Days is based around non-linear quests and stories, we want the community to give us ideas on what stories and gameplay elements they would like implemented in future updates!

Furthermore, Arcadian Days aims to be one of the most beautiful and performant Unreal Engine 5 game out there, and having the community feedback will be massively important for this.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Arcadian Days aims to release in 1.0 version by October 2026 at the latest!

We have a very well thought out and precise roadmap we will share with the community and regularly update them about milestones and any potential delays, however we are very strict about out timeframe and do not wish to keep anyone waiting longer than necessary.

Any delays or other updates will be communicated to our community promptly.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“For the full version, depending on our success in Early Access, we plan to add new maps, plenty more stories and quests, additional life sim features and a complete main story and of course a very exciting dog companion mechanic.

Besides that, we will actively look into how we can implement the best concepts and stories from our community!”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“For Early Access, players will get to explore 3 environments filled with secrets, discoveries and quests, as well as help change the land based on their choices. The Early Access version has over a dozen quests with multiple outcomes, encouraging replayability and exploration.

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“There will be a slight price increase for full release based on the amount of features and content. All future updates and content drops will be entirely free for those who purchase Arcadian Days during Early Access or at Full Release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Our community forums on Steam are actively monitored consistently and we also have a Discord channel to connect with our players and hear their feedback and notes.
Arcadian Days will also have a button to take players to an entirely anonymous feedback form should they wish to communicate to us that way!”
