Will you lead your country to freedom and democracy, or will you shackle it under an authoritarian regime?

You have four types of resources at your disposal: capital, public support, power, and authority. Which of these will help you rise to the top? Keep in mind that every choice has consequences, both for you personally and for the entire country.
