AstroScaper is a minimalist puzzle city-builder where every placement counts. Build colonies on asteroids using strategic proximity-based mechanics and minimal resource management. Relax in freebuild mode or chase high scores in challenge mode - all against a serene cosmic backdrop.

EXPEDITION MODE - CORE GAMEPLAY

Progress through a series of asteroids, each demanding thoughtful placement of your structures. Buildings earn points from proximity bonuses, rewarding clever layouts and strategic planning. There’s no rush - take your time to refine your colony, maximize your score, and achieve the required goals to advance further in the expedition.

FREEBUILD MODE - CASUAL CREATIVITY

Prefer to simply relax? Freebuild Mode lets you pick any asteroid seed and build without limits or pressure. Construct a peaceful space town, capture some beautiful screenshots, and enjoy the meditative flow of building among the stars.

CHALLENGE MODE - WEEKLY COMPETITION

Take on new maps every week and compete with other players on the leaderboard. Experiment with different strategies, push your score higher, and enjoy a dose of friendly rivalry in short, replayable bursts.

PROCEDURALLY GENERATED ENVIRONMENTS

Every level in AstroScaper is a unique, tiny world, each offering its own layout and challenge. Enjoy soothing, stylized cosmic scenery as you navigate randomly generated environments just waiting to be filled with your creations. Try different challenges based on shareable map seeds, and take part in community-driven shared challenges that keep the gameplay fresh and engaging.

AstroScaper is crafted by a two-person team. Inspired by minimalist city-builders like Islanders, it offers a similar pace and aesthetic while introducing new mechanics enabled by its sci-fi setting.
