« Empyrean Defense is already fully playable, but there’s a lot of depth, balance, and long term progression that I want to shape together with players. Early Access lets us gather real feedback on unit balance, mission difficulty, new site interactions, economy pacing, and overall campaign flow while we continue expanding the game. »

« Empyrean Defense is planned to remain in Early Access for approximately 9–12 months. This timeframe allows us to add new missions, refine balance, expand the skill and site systems, and polish the full campaign experience based on player feedback. »

« We plan to expand Empyrean Defense with additional missions, enemy types, player abilities, sites, and overall progression systems. We also intend to refine balance, add more quality of life features, and polish the overall presentation based on player feedback. Our goal is for the full version to offer a larger campaign, more strategic options, and a more complete end to end experience compared to Early Access. »

« The Early Access version contains the core gameplay experience, including the opening regions of the campaign, a variety of enemy types, several player sites and abilities, and all essential systems such as power management, economy, upgrades, inventory, and progression. The game is fully playable and stable, but still in active development. Some content, balance, visual polish, and quality of life features are still being refined and expanded during Early Access. »

« We plan to gradually raise the price as we ship new content and features. »

« The Playtest is already live and available to sign up for. There is also a game wiki page available with patch notes. We would love to hear more player feedback during this process  »
