Baratrum is an arcade horror game where you must try to save as many souls as you can whilst avoiding getting spotted and killed by demons. Every playthrough is different due to it being procedurally generated on every run.

This naked and afraid DLC is the developer's original intent for this game. You could say it's the directors uncut version.

The creator of this game imagines that you'd wake up in this limbo world called Baratrum naked and afraid. Find friends and helping them by leading them towards the light to ascend to Eden.
