Pre-Fortress 2 is a mod for Team Fortress 2 that brings back elements of previous Team Fortress installments in a fast-paced environment that is perfect for casual or competitive play. Capture flags, take names, and blast jump through a world heavily inspired by the art from Team Fortress 2's development.

REVIVED GAMEPLAY

• Grenades are back! Revised in both gameplay and visuals, grenades are a classic Team Fortress staple, acting as both a great way to clear a crowded room of people or as an alternate means of transportation.

• Armor makes a return to the series and gives players the extra edge over their competition. Play strategically and remember to repair your armor.

• Team Fortress Classic weapons return: Nailgun, Tranquilizer, Detonation Pipe Launcher, Flame Rocket and Classic Sniper Rifle.

• Use the Syringe to Heal your teammates or infect your enemies with the Rot as Medic!

• Flag Throwing is back! Pass it to your friends!

EXCLUSIVE GAMEPLAY

• Repair your teammates' armor using the Wrench as Engineer.

• Travel through any teams Teleporter and restock on any teams Dispenser.

• Demolishing your Dispenser and Teleporter as Engineer acts as a surprise explosive!

• Propel yourself to new heights using the Flame Rocket!

• No random critical hits!

• Blast away opponents with the Frag Grenade as most classes!

• Scouts can now slow and outrun danger using Bear Traps and Concussion Grenades!

• Scatter the enemy as Soldier using Nail Grenades!

• Melt down your foes as Pyro using the power of the Napalm Grenade!

• Demoman and Heavy can lay down a suppressing hail of explosives with the MIRV!

• Temporarily disable a Sentry nest as Engineer with the EMP Grenade!

• Get your team quickly back into battle with Medic's Healing Grenade!

• Make a quick getaway as Spy and leave the enemy dazed with the Gas Grenade!

• Revisit Team Fortress Classic maps such as Canalzone, Crossover, Push and much more as they make their return to the map rotation. Hit the server browser and grenade jump your way through this classic selection!
