Why Early Access?

“We are an indie studio, and Early Access allows us to continue developing the game while actively involving our players in the process. By incorporating community feedback, we aim to shape the game in line with both our vision and player expectations. Our plan is to release updates approximately every two months, introducing features such as an event system, campaign mode, and various new content. These updates will be refined based on player feedback to ensure the best possible experience. We will also continue improving the art, theme, and overall design throughout Early Access.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“If development proceeds according to our plans, we aim to fully release the game within one year.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Our aim is to grow Nuice Industries into a deeper, more replayable experience. We plan to add:

* A completed Campaign mode with broader progression.
* A dynamic event system that reshapes runs and encourages new strategies.
* New attacks/encounters, fresh core mechanics, and additional upgrades to deliver more content and variety.
* A richer theme and visual polish, alongside improved UI/UX for clarity and accessibility.

These are our current goals and may evolve based on player feedback during Early Access. We’re not making specific promises or timelines, but this is the overall scope we’re working toward.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Nuice Industries is fully playable with the core loop in place. The current build includes:

* Resource & Refining: Extract Gold to exchange for in-game currency and upgrade your tools. Extract Pyron to craft Premium Nuice, which sells for a higher price. Use Pyron Infusion to expand Pyron Mines into larger Nuice Mines, increasing Premium Nuice output. The Lightning system can temporarily boost selling prices, and the Battery system lets you store charge and deploy it when needed.
* Bidding & Strategy: Land Bidding — compete in auctions for high-yield land to access richer Nuice, Gold, and Pyron deposits and increase profits. Fuel Bidding — bid strategically to secure fuel and time your escape from an unstable, soon-to-explode planet.
* Competitive Play: Attacks to hinder rivals and a Defense system to protect your operation.
* Economy & Rewards: Town Offers for profitable deals, Gold Chests for bonus Gold, and Lootboxes that grant random attacks.
* Progression: 70 upgrades spanning mining, refining, combat, and economy.
* Modes: Single-player (vs. AI), Multiplayer (play with friends), and a Practice mode.

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price will remain the same throughout Early Access. However, once the game reaches full release, it is expected to increase by approximately 30–40% to reflect the additional content and features.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We’ll involve players directly through multiple channels so feedback feeds into our priorities:

* Steam Community Hub (Discussions): our primary spot for feedback and bug reports that we monitor throughout Early Access.
* Discord: real-time chat, suggestion threads, polls, patch notes, and sneak peeks.

We regularly review community input and adjust our plans accordingly; patch notes will call out changes inspired by player feedback.”
