Yet your employers demand results. They are desperate for information on Sister Blue, a name that echoes through the city like a ghost - unseen, ungraspable, yet seemingly at the heart of everything. To uncover the truth, you must trade in illicit substances, switch identities, and navigate the warring factions vying for control of Annexia’s decaying heart.
