Tasked with assuming the identity of Albert Buchannan, a fading writer embedded deep within the city's underworld, you slip into his life of narcotics and paranoid delusions. But as the days pass, the lines between you and Buchannan blur. His addictions become yours. His past bleeds into your present. And the longer you live as him, the further you drift from whatever you once were.

Yet your employers demand results. They are desperate for information on Sister Blue, a name that echoes through the city like a ghost - unseen, ungraspable, yet seemingly at the heart of everything. To uncover the truth, you must trade in illicit substances, switch identities, and navigate the warring factions vying for control of Annexia’s decaying heart. Talk to its many inhabitants, forge uneasy alliances, and betray those who trust you - all while evading the ever-present Ziggurat agents watching from the shadows.
