Why Early Access?

“We're releasing The Junkyard as early access so that we can continue working on the game, but now with feedback from the community. With the players' opinions and suggestions we can expand the game and deliver a final version the way we planned in a way that the community will also like. What's more, we're also releasing it as Early Access because it's possible for the community and players to follow the game's development and progress until its final release.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The game will be in Early Access for one to two months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan that, in its final version, the game will have more sound features, as well as new enemies, mechanics and more plot details. Our aim is to expand and polish the game further according to feedback from the community. Our desire is, if possible, to make the game the most fun and, at the same time, the scariest, always with the help and suggestions of the players.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Junkyard already has: the main map and two areas with boss battles; an item and weapon system, with only two firearms available; two enemies on the main map; the game's plot is not yet very detailed and the sound resources are still more primitive, but the game already has a complete soundtrack. The game's main features and resources are already implemented in the current version (which can also be improved with feedback from the community).”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Our intention is for the price of the game to decrease, but if something unforeseen happens, the price may change.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We are always open to suggestions and feedback from the community, which is fundamental to the development of the game. We've been using social media to do this and we pay a lot of attention to any messages and comments. We'll continue this process of always listening to the community and players, both on social media and on Steam. We'll use all this feedback on the game to improve and balance it according to demands and criticisms. We will always keep the community updated and informed about the game's development through our social networks.”
