About This Game

Witness Sickness is a multiplayer co-op horror game set on a damaged space station where the crew must complete dangerous tasks while a hidden infection spreads among them.

Each match starts with players assigned different roles. Most of the crew must work together to repair systems around the station, while the infected player tries to sabotage trust, isolate victims, and spread the sickness without being exposed.

Work together under pressure

Players must complete station tasks that require coordination, timing, and communication. Some tasks require one player to activate a terminal while another player repairs machinery, enters codes, aligns systems, or interacts with devices in another part of the room.

Watch who you trust

The infected player can attack and infect other crew members when they get close enough for long enough. A suspicious player standing too close, following someone into an empty room, or avoiding tasks can become a reason for panic and accusation.

Use roles to survive

The crew includes different roles with different information. The Witness can detect traces left behind by the infected, while regular crew members must rely on communication, observation, and teamwork to survive.

Discuss, accuse, and vote

When the crew gathers, players can discuss what they saw, accuse suspicious players, and vote. A correct decision can save the station. A wrong one can give the infection more time to spread.
