“As a solo developer, I do not have nearly enough resources to complete this game by myself, nor do I have the ability to see this game through the non-biased lens that players can provide. In order to make the future of the game better, I have decided to open this up to early access.”

“For as long as it needs to. Seeing as I am one person, it could be well over 2 years.”

“Adding more chapters to the game is the most prioritized additions out of everything. I plan to update the game with new items, enemies, and achievements in between to keep gameplay fresh. The idea is that by the end of development, the story will be fully fleshed out, and the infinite mode should have enough unique content to make it stand out.”

“The current version of the game offers a solid foundation for future updates. It currently has 1 chapter and a more definitive roguelike infinite mode. There are over 70 different cubes, 60 different items, and 3 playable characters, each with 1 other variant that changes their deck but keeps the core of their playstyle the same. This wide variety of content, along with unlockable content should allow for a diverse and satisfying gameplay experience until more updates are provided to the game.”

“The price of Snow • Fall will forever remain cheap. It may change overtime as more content gets added to the game, though I can't imagine it'll raise by that much.”

“As a game developer, I believe that player feedback is one of the most important things to consider. After all, they're the people playing the game. Reviews, suggestions, community reaction and bug reports will be closely monitored and will be considered or dealt with accordingly.”

  •  Snow • Fall is a deck builder rogue-like that mixes unique and strategic gameplay with fast-paced fights and satisfying item synergies.

  • Play a Cube and have Droplets face off. The person who rolls the higher number gets to attack.

  • Watch as your character performs high-damage combos against the enemy at your command. Or have the opposite happen, if you're bad.

  • Each battle is a test of your game knowledge and ability to adapt to unknown circumstances.

  • The more you play, the more you'll understand. Make game destroying combinations or be sent back to the main menu, it all depends on you.

▶ "If you can't beat them physically, you'll just have to outsmart them!" 

  • At the end of each battle, choose between new items or Cubes to add to your inventory.

  • With over 70 different Cubes and 60 items, the way you play each run will be entirely different.

  • Build your deck around whatever archetype you enjoy playing the most.

  • Unlock-able content through Steam Achievements.

  • Random events and enemy variety will make sure that even with the same deck, the key to victory will never be so straight-forward.
