Why Early Access?

“The Shifts/factory section of the game is finished and has been tested by a group of people during the Closed Beta. You can fully play this section beginning to end.
However: I've decided to add the Deliveries section of the first game to this new one too, which means it's less finished and requires more time to develop and test.

In my experience it's good to get feedback from a larger group of people because some (rare) bugs may not rear their ugly head until someone with a specific setup or play style stirs them awake. I don't have a QA team available and thus have to rely on friends and strangers to help me test things, so Early Access is only fair as I cannot guarantee a perfect product from day one.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“For about two or three months. During this time Deliveries will be fully completed and any additional features or content may be added. Community suggestions are welcomed during this time.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Deliveries will be fully complete and fully playable, just like Shifts already is.
Further more I want it as bug-free and polished as possible, with possibly some new features or content as suggested by the community.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“All major content and features of the Factory are there, but there may be some minor bugs and some things may require more polishing.
The Deliveries section of the game still misses some content and half of the major features. However you are able to play the tutorial and novice Deliveries if you want to.

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No, as the game will already have all core content and features.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Players can give feedback via the Steam Discussions or the Discord server. Feedback via videos and live streams is also most welcomed. I'll happily join in with play sessions in the game too.”
