Spirit Stream is a freshwater ecosystem sandbox about discovering wildlife, forming Soul Bonds with creatures, and experiencing the world through their bodies.

Explore changing river habitats filled with fish, shrimp, plants, predators, and other wildlife. Watch creatures school, graze, hunt, react to danger, and interact with their environment as you discover new species and record what you learn in the Finomicon.

Form Soul Bonds with creatures you encounter and inhabit them yourself. Each creature changes how you move through the world, interact with your surroundings, approach other wildlife, and participate in the ecosystem.

Between river excursions, return to your persistent Home Pond. Restore its habitat, grow plants, build shelters and other structures, attract visitors, and invite creatures to stay. Over time, the pond becomes an ecosystem shaped by the creatures you collect and the way you choose to play.

Explore peacefully, search for rare creatures and Color Variants, restore habitats, experiment with the simulation; or cause ecological chaos and see what happens.
