Miksi Early Access?

Early Access allows us to get the game into players' hands early, and to make choices about the direction of future updates with help from the community. It also allows us a bit more time to polish art, audio, and bug fix while the game is still fully playable.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

We expect ODYSSEY: Starship Pinball to exit Early Access in early 2026, at the start of the prototyping phase for our next project.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

Our current intentions, which may change, with updates leading to the 1.0 release, are:

- Introduce boss battles to guard progression Keys
- Add local multiplayer mode (with support for Remote Play Together)
- Add Achievements and Community items
- Update game depot to include the Mac build

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The current version is fully playable in endless and idle modes, with 4 unique biomes and over a dozen unique tables. There is some early-stage art and audio in this initial release.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

With the currently scoped updates, we don't plan to increase the price during or after Early Access.

The community will have the opportunity to shape the direction the game goes, including which features we prioritize. Please let us know here on Steam or on Discord if you prefer any of our scoped feature additions, or if there are other features you'd like to see that are missing from our plans. We want to integrate into the Steam community with Steam-specific features such as improved Steam Deck support, Steam Leaderboards, and community items based on your feedback and interests. We plan to share updates and accept feedback here on Steam and on Discord as we work on the features for 1.0.
