Deploy your archaeologists to explore the island's jungle and temples thoroughly. Discover new, challenging locations that promise valuable resources but may awaken fearsome Guardians. 

Pick the character that best represents your strategy and personality—each one comes with a unique ability and distinct playstyle. With four asymmetrical leaders to choose from, every expedition offers a new path to victory.

Arnak blends the tactical depth of worker placement with the evolving strategy of deck-building. Optimize your turns, plan ahead, and adapt to the ever-changing landscape of the island and your opponents' moves.

Start with a small deck of cards, then build up its strength. As you delve deeper into the jungle, new Item cards become scarcer, giving way to mysterious and powerful Artifacts. Choose wisely when to shift your focus from the Items to the Artifacts to build the strongest deck and overcome any obstacle the island throws your way.

Chain actions together for powerful turns! Find that missing resource to push your research, recruit a helpful ally, or overcome a fearsome guardian—all in a cascade of satisfying tactical combos.

Advance on the Research Track to reach the island’s hidden temple. Studying ancient texts guides you toward the long-lost ruins, with each step granting an immediate bonus and significant end-game points. With careful resource management, this offers some great combos.

The island and its most valuable secrets are protected by mysterious Guardians. Appeasing those mighty creatures of Arnak is a perilous challenge, but once you earn their trust, they will help you on your journey. Fail, and you’ll accumulate “fear” cards, cluttering your deck.
