What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We’re still early in development and want to shape the detective experience with real player feedback. Early Access lets us tune the investigation flow, balance the horror elements, and iterate quickly on what’s fun, tense, and playable for players.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan to leave Early Access by Q2 2026 at the latest. We may launch sooner if community feedback and our own quality bar confirm the core gameplay and content are ready.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Our goal is to expand depth and polish based on feedback. Areas we’re considering include:
- Content & scale: more cases, locations/maps, and scenario variety.
- Gameplay tuning: adjustments to core mechanics, clue systems, and overall pacing.
- Quality of life: better onboarding, UI/UX refinements, accessibility options, and performance optimizations.
- Co-op improvements: smoother teamwork tools and general stability.

Plans may change as we learn from players. We’re intentionally not making specific promises about future features or dates.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is playable from start to finish: you can explore scenes, find and connect clues, and solve a murder mystery with horror elements present throughout. Core systems are in, and we’ll keep improving stability, balance, and clarity as we update.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We may adjust the price at 1.0 if we add substantial new content. If any change is planned, we will share clear advance notice and keep accessibility in mind.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We’ll actively gather feedback through our community channels (e.g., Steam Discussions, Discord, and social platforms). We’ll share patch notes, run playtests and polls, and prioritize issues and ideas raised by players. Your reports, suggestions, and case-design ideas are incredibly valuable and will directly guide our updates.”

About This Game

A tense investigative horror experience for solo players or up to 4-player co-op. Search for hidden clues, notes, and evidence in the darkness as you piece together the truth behind the spirit’s death, including the killer, the time, the place, and the method. You may not be alone in the house. Something is watching, roaming, and learning. Find the clues and lock in your verdict before it finds you, and before the whispers break your mind.

  • Singleplayer or Co-op Gameplay: Play alone or team up with up to three other players in online co-op to investigate haunted locations together. Choose when to stick close to steady your nerves or split up to cover more ground, knowing isolation comes with risks.

  • In-Game Voice Chat: Communicate with teammates in real time using built-in voice chat. Clear coordination helps solve puzzles faster, react to threats, and maintain sanity during tense moments.

  • Immersive Investigations: Explore detailed, atmospheric environments and search for hard evidence by interacting with objects, unlocking drawers, and carefully observing your surroundings. The environment tells a story if you take the time to read it.

  • Dynamic Note and Clue System: Notes, clues, and puzzles are procedurally placed each expedition, ensuring investigations feel fresh while maintaining narrative coherence. Information often only makes sense once all the pieces are brought together.

  • Build Your Verdict: Assemble your findings into a final conclusion by identifying what happened, where it occurred, and how it unfolded. Players must review notes, compare evidence, and commit to a verdict before the investigation ends, knowing incomplete or incorrect conclusions carry consequences.

  • Supernatural Encounters: Face escalating paranormal phenomena that respond to your actions and growing instability. The deeper you investigate, the bolder and more dangerous the entity becomes..

  • Death’s Door Mechanic: When captured by a ghost, players enter a trance state where they can attempt to escape or pull another player in to take their place. These moments create intense strategic and moral decisions under pressure.

  • Rich Atmosphere: Haunting visuals, environmental storytelling, and immersive sound design work together to create constant tension, where footsteps, whispers, and flickering lights keep you on edge.

Contains flashing lights, sudden audio, hallucination effects, and jumpscares. Player discretion advised. For the best experience use headphones at a safe volume.

Mature Content Description

The developers describe the content like this:

The game includes depictions of blood, unsettling supernatural creatures, and flickering lights that may pose a seizure risk for sensitive individuals. Some evidence feature ropes in contexts that could suggest self-harm.
