“We expect County of Fortune to remain in Early Access for 12 to 18 months. This time frame will allow us to gather feedback, implement new features, and ensure that the game is polished before full release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We are planning the full version of County of Fortune to feature additional content, expanded settlement and cultural systems, refined gameplay mechanics, and improved visuals for a more polished experience. Player feedback during Early Access will guide us in addressing issues and enhancing various aspects of the game, including performance and overall balance.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version of County of Fortune includes the core gameplay systems such as settlement development, basic logistics, and evolving cultural traits. Players can manage settlements, choose leaders, and experiment with the logistics system across different regions. While the foundation is solid, additional content and features are planned, and we will continue refining the game based on player feedback.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The Early Access price will be determined closer to release, based on the amount of content and the pricing of similar games in Early Access. We aim to set a fair price that encourages player participation and feedback to help us create the best game possible. Depending on the duration of Early Access and the additional content added, the price may increase for the full release.”

About This Game






County of Fortune is a different kind of medieval builder, a county-builder played on the scale of an entire region. Instead of placing individual houses or workshops, you establish whole settlements and guide them as they grow, specialize, and shape the land around them. Each village you found contributes to the county’s identity, prosperity, and cultural life, making every decision ripple across the map.







The map is wide and varied, offering landscapes where every location brings its own opportunities. Some areas provide unique natural resources, others are ideal for growing specific crops, and great navigable rivers open access to distant places. Explore these possibilities and shape a county that reflects the character and diversity of the land.







As your county grows, its social and cultural life begins to change. Noble houses rise in influence, shaping politics across the region, while village mayors bring their own strengths and flaws to local leadership. Cultures emerge from your settlements, affecting how communities cooperate or clash. Managing your county means balancing far more than resources and logistics. You must guide your people as they shape the region alongside you.
