What WILL NOT be included in the final release:
-All content set before 1949 or after 1989 will be released as separate DLCs.
-Any country other than the USA and the USSR will be available through separate DLCs (this way, I can offer a very affordable base game price).“

Additionally, there is a Grand Campaign that covers the entire 1949-1989 period.

-A geostrategic advantages system
-A national policies system
-A regional intelligence bureau
-Many new technologies and events
-Many information feedback-driven features
-Many game options
-A decent AI (unless you are playing at easy or normal difficluty level, but that's intended)
