What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Ritual Party is a chaos-driven, co-op party game where balance, game feel, and player behavior matter a lot.
Early Access allows us to work closely with the community to refine mechanics, improve online play, and shape the game into the best possible ritual experience before full release.

We want to iterate based on real player feedback. What’s fun, what’s frustrating, and what moments create the most memorable chaos.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently expect Ritual Party to remain in Early Access for 6–10 months, depending on community feedback and development progress.

Our goal is to leave Early Access once the content offering feels complete and all mechanics feels stable and fun.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version already includes the core gameplay, multiple levels, and co-op functionality.
During Early Access, we plan to add and improve:

•Additional levels and environments
•More rituals, objectives, and gameplay variations
•Expanded progression
•Improved online co-op
•Balance, performance, and quality-of-life improvements
•More polish, animations, audio, and visual effects

The full release will be a more complete, stable, and content-rich version of Ritual Party.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Ritual Party in Early Access is fully playable and has 10 playable levels.

You can expect:
•Local and online co-op gameplay
•Multiple playable levels and rituals
•Core systems implemented and functional
•Ongoing updates and improvements

That said, some features are still being actively developed, and you may encounter bugs, balance issues, or missing polish as we continue to iterate.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Early Access players get the game at a lower price and directly help shape its development.
We plan to increase the price gradually as new content and features are added throughout Early Access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback is a core part of Ritual Party’s development.

We actively read and respond to feedback via:
•Steam Discussions
•Our Discord server
•In-game survey

Player suggestions, bug reports, and balance feedback can directly influence updates and future content.”

About This Game

Summon Cthulhu with your friends!

Ritual Party is a co-op party game in which you and your friends get to conduct rituals to
summon all manner of cosmic horrors from the Cthulhu mythos.

A lot can go wrong. Someone might slip on some blood,
get swept away by a tentacle monster or fall into icy waters.
Spirits from beyond can also cause mayhem!

All this and more must be managed while the police and flesh-freezing winds close in on the ritual sites.

You'll get to explore a multitude of eerie, otherworldly locations inspired by
Lovecraft’s Cthulhu Mythos, where cosmic dread and ancient mysteries challenge your perception of reality.
