"Dread Flats" is a first-person realistic horror game with a combination of unknown entity themes and Chinese elements.

Players will experience an intense sense of claustrophobia and horror, carefully designed scary points, a 1990s Chinese atmosphere, and mysterious, eerie, and twisted unknown entities.

Plot Synopsis

A paranormal live streamer went missing during a night visit to the infamous "Fangjiang Apartment" and some eerie footage has been circulating on the internet.

In order to prevent any more outsiders from entering, Fangjiang Apartment began hiring security guards to patrol the premises, but none of the guards lasted very long.

Some say there really are ghosts in the apartment, while others say there is only one resident, Room 403. And you, are the newly hired security guard for Fangjiang Apartment.
