“Landlord and the Tenants is planned to have 15 releases. The upcoming Early Access Release will be the 11th release (v1.1). Before v2.0, there will be more updates. The feedback from these updates will help me develop the best endings I can.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Each release needs around 8-10 weeks to be completed. Landlord and the Tenants is expected to be in the Early Access until it is completed in 2027. And before the full version, there will be previews and updates of the development.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Landlord and the Tenants is a visual novel and is planned to have 15 releases. Every release adds more contents into the story. The upcoming Early Access Release will be the 11th release (v1.1). We plan to add more contents (more images and more animations) for the full version so that each girl can have their own endings (as well as mixed endings, in which there are 2 or 3 girls in the same endings).”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The upcoming Early Access Release will be the 11th release (v1.1). At the end of it, all women will have already had erotic scenes. But we will add more scenes and improve the animations in future releases of the game. Depending on how you play, the current game length will be around 1-2 hours (which will be longer after future releases).”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Since Landlord and the Tenants is still being developed, the price of it in the Early Access is lower than the expected price when the full version is out:
  • v1.1 (initial release): 90% of the expected price.
  • v1.3 (add more scenes for Midori, Claire, Alexandria): 95% of the expected price.
  • v1.5 (add more scenes for Lina, add Harem Ending, Sharing Ending & NTR Ending): 100% of the expected price.

Landlord and the Tenants is an erotic Visual Novel and is intended for adults only. The characters, story, and actions are fictitious. All characters are depicted as 18 and over. It contains adult language, alcohol usage, nudity, sexual themes, sexual situations, sexual penetrations. But these scenes only happen if the gamers want them. Everything depends on the gamers' choices. Nothing can happen if the gamers don't want to.

About This Game

Story Plot: After graduating from university, you couldn’t find a job due to COVID-19. Having nowhere to go, you agreed to look after your uncle’s house when he’s on his journey to travel around the world. And to earn some money, you decided to rent out the vacant rooms. Unfortunately (or fortunately), the tenants are all women. And it’s hard for a single guy like you to be living with them.

Depending on your choices, the game will lead you to one of these routes:
  • Gentleman Route: If you keep being a nice guy, you’ll be able to choose one of the women or all of them at the end of the story.
  • Pervert Route: Everyone thinks you’re a nice guy, but you’re actually a pervert.
  • Sharing Route (available from v1.3 onwards): You decide to share the women with other guys.
  • NTR Route (available from v1.3 onwards): You have to watch other guys fooling around with the women.

Landlord and the Tenants is an Erotic Visual Novel (Eroge) with multiple routes and multiple endings:
  • If you hate NTR (Netorare), you only need to stop the other guys from touching your women.
  • If you're okay with sharing, you can let the other guys have fun with your women.
  • But if you let everything get out of your control, you'll lose everything!

Notice:
  • Pregnancy is optional. When the game reaches the final stage, there will be choices for you to decide to impregnate the women or not.
  • If you can't have the endings you want, please use the walkthroughs: one with preview images (you will be able to know how to reach the scenes you want faster) or one without preview images (it won't spoil the story).
