About This Game

Thalassomania is a PS1-style horror game for 1–4 players. You've taken a job on a fishing trawler: work the catch, keep the ship running, and bring the crew home. But somewhere out on the water, something else came aboard.

Fishing Crew Simulation

This is a working trawler, and you're the crew. Haul in the nets, gut and stow the catch, keep the engine fed, and hold your heading through the dark. The jobs are spread all over the ship, so getting them done means splitting up — and spending more time alone than you'd like.

Horror

Something else is on board, and it knows the ship better than you do. It moves through the walls and vents, wrecks what you've fixed, and learns how your crew works. You'll hear it more than you'll see it

PS1 Aesthetic

Thalassomania looks the way horror used to: low-poly models, warping textures, and fog that swallows the end of every corridor. It's not a filter slapped over a modern game — the whole thing is built with authentic retro limits, and the fear lives in what the low resolution won't let you see.

Since the graphics are retro, the extent in which they are graphic is limited, the creature that hunts you in this horror title will leave behind blood splatters and bodies will ragdoll, future plans for maybe adding more gore to certain rooms like a torture room but again the graphics will be retro so not overly gorey
