The Colorado Connection is a new scenario for Barrage: the base game. Set into the rocky mountains of Colorado, you will have to balance energy production with settlements and goods transportation over the territory.

Productive Settlements are rising up all over the Colorado area, and they crave for resources. By constructing Bridges over Dams, new routes are created among Settlements, which then can be activated to unlock una-tantum effects to help you through the game. Beware, though, as Bridges permanently lock the height of Dams and Elevations!

While this DLC requires just the base game to be played, it also adds new content for players who purchased The Leeghwater Project as well: a new Private Building and 3 new External Works deeply connected to the Settlements mechanics.
