Meet the needs of your citizens by placing required city districts in specific locations in Puzzle Mode or paint your city any way you want in Creative Mode. The world is your canvas. Simply select a district from your color palette and brush it across the land, instantly turning your strokes into bustling city districts.

Solve the island puzzle by placing required districts with limited paint resources, fulfilling the need requirements of each district to earn more paint and create harmony with the land. Scale your challenge by difficulty and map size and increase your score by placing districts in their optimal environments.

A new canvas, every time. Never paint the same city twice. Use the procedural engine to craft unique island layouts by combining 5 different terrain features - Mountain, River, Lakes, Woodlands & Wetlands. In Puzzle Mode, select map size and difficulty to generate an infinite number of islands to solve.
