Players already have the option to upload their own images for free.
The game has a new game display mode - 3D Mode.”

“As with previous games in the series, the main vector of changes is set by the game's community. As before, we will not ignore active discussions and suggestions of users involved in the game. Steam forum will be a platform for discussions and communication with the developer.”
