About This Game

Story.
In an icy world suffocated by the stench of miasmas and the oppressive weight of existence, Cain, driven by his love for his younger sister Nica, continues to struggle from his last strength. Every day he explores the mountains of rubbish in search of anything of value. Cain would love to work harder, but his lower origin doesn't allow him to do so either.
Alas, amidst the endless expanse of rubbish and toxic air, hope is nothing but a distant echo, a relic of a forgotten past.


Reality remains unyielding: money, and with it the means to survive, is becoming scarce. They are forced into debts that bring them closer to the abyss of ruin. As collectors' patience is wearing thin, they decide to take away Cain's most precious possession - his sister.

Broken, Cain turns to the heavens, begging for some power. The power to change his fate.

But Gods have abandoned Cain. His desperate prayers go unanswered.

‘Cain × Nica’ is a visual novel about a senseless struggle, doomed to failure from the very beginning. But... doesn't that just make it more beautiful?
The game features animated CGs and character sprites, a huge number of locations and soundtracks.
Game length: 10-12 hours.
