Why Early Access?

“We decided to use the early access model for several reasons. Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We hope to be in Early Access by the end of 2024. That said, as we get further along our development path, we will share ongoing updates that help define a more specific timeline for moving the game out of Early Access.”

“We redesigned and built the game from the ground up, and for day one we will release the first official maps, and 3 default modes.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Once the game is ready to leave Early Access, we will reevaluate its pricing based on all available content/gameplay and make our decision at that time.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community engagement is perhaps the most important reason we felt it was best to release the game: Deadzone has risen as an early access product. Developing directly with community input is important to us, and we plan to do so directly by engaging with players across multiple social channels and platforms, including Discord, Twitter, Instagram, and the game's official website message boards. for each map or accessory, so players can directly determine which maps or accessories are added to Deadzone Blackout. We will also have tools available to receive player feedback and bug reports to ensure Deadzone Blackout remains the game of your dreams!”
