For generations, the iron grip of the Elemental Manipulators has choked the life out of Mortis. Mortals were controlled and oppressed, a shadow cast over their existence.

But embers of defiance still flickered. You, a powerful Manipulator in your own right, and leader of the Resistance, stood for the mortals. Alongside your beloved, you meticulously plotted the overthrow of the tyrants, a vision of a Mortis bathed in the light of peace and a fragile balance between mortals and Manipulators.

Yet... fate intervened. A brutal ambush shattered your world. Your lover, snatched away. Your life, extinguished. But even in the icy clutches of death, the fire of rebellion refused to be doused. You clawed your way back, a phoenix rising from the ashes. Vengeance roared in your veins, a symphony of rage and love.
