Why Early Access?

“The project has reached a solid playable state, but there's still room for improvements and inovation, and as a solo developer I have found that it's been incredibly valuable to receive direct feedback from players and allow the community to contribute and pivot critical design decisions. Recent playtests have been greatly successful and I wish to expand.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Expected to be in Early Access for 6 to 12 months, depending on feedback received and financial resources to push out more updates and keep servers online.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The game world should be about twice the size of the current version, there will be a full main quest storyline from early to late game as well as ten times the current number of hunting and side quests. One more character class will be released (cleric archetype) along the way too. The game will feel more balanced every patch as I continue to improve and tweak based on actual direct player feedback. Bugs are being eliminated on a daily basis and no known critical bugs will be left unsolved for the official launch.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Not only playable but I can safely say it already allows for a rich gameplay experience with all of the different character classes and buildpaths, along with social features such as party play, guilds, PvP/GvG, PvE/MvP, chat, trade, commerce, equipment upgrades and more. Minor visual bugs are still present and there are known quality-of-life improvements that are pending and haven't been prioritized yet.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No, it will be free to play now and then.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I will be participating as actively as possible and continue in direct communication with players along the way, gathering feedback and attending support. In-game events will be held somewhat frequently to promote gatherings and fun experiences, as well as exclusive rewards for Early Access players only, which will no longer be available after full release.”
