Miksi Early Access?

While Sketchy's Contract is in a playable state, I believe that it is still far from its true potential. With that said, it makes sense to release the game in Early Access, allowing it to receive player feedback and criticism that will help it grow and mold into the product it has the potential to become.

It’s hard to say exactly when the game would exit Early Access as it depends heavily on how well received and supported the game is, however, I would not want it to be in Early Access for longer than 2 years at best.

Because Sketchy's Contract is set in outer space, it has such much more to offer when it comes to planetary travel, player progression, and story. I would like the full version to be released with newer features like new planets, new items, new cosmetics, and even lore! However, that is a planned future that depends on the game’s success.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

Sketchy's Contract is considered playable with 6 planets to explore, 8 items to unlock, and infinite re-playability as there is no current "endgame". It’s important to keep in mind that the game is NOT Bug-Free nor is a complete stable build. Being Early Access, players are expected to encounter issues and hopefully work with me to make the game better.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

During Early Access, Sketchy's Contract will most likely be included in appropriate Steam Sales Events. As far as post-Early Access, I have no plans for changing the price as of right now.

In addition to steam community discussions, there will be an official discord that players will be able to join where they will be free to share bug-reports, suggestions, new players tips, and more. The Discord will be the primary means of communication between me and the community.
