BALL OR NOTHING is an idle game where you build the machine that makes you money. Balls drop automatically, bouncing through pegs and into multiplier buckets. You decide where everything goes. Your layout is your economy.

Start with five empty slots, a single ×1 bucket, and one ball every few seconds. Place your first peg and watch it change the next ball’s path. Upgrade your pegs, widen the board, add rows, and unlock extra dispensers. What begins as a trickle becomes a waterfall of glowing, coloured balls pouring into buckets worth up to ×10.

Then a frenzy kicks in.

• Make every bounce count. Upgrade each peg through 100 levels, from a plain grey +1 to gold +10 and beyond. As your pegs grow stronger, their colours and glow transform the board.

• Turn a trickle into a storm. Unlock the white-hot Frenzy Peg and rare Golden Balls with stacking multipliers. Combine them for a Super Frenzy and watch your machine go wild.

• Build bigger. Then bigger again. Expand sideways for more buckets and dispensers, or downwards for more scoring pegs. Grow your machine to as many as 7,728 slots, 25 buckets, and 18 extra dispensers.

• Settle in with a controller. Full Xbox controller support covers everything from naming your save to placing your last peg, complete with an on-screen keyboard.

• Try another layout. Three independent save slots give you room to experiment. An optional tutorial helps you build your first machine.

• Enjoy the spectacle. Dynamic lighting makes every peg part of the show, with 4K and fullscreen support plus a lighter rendering mode for slower machines.

• Lose track of time. Chase over 100 achievements and discover 50 increasingly unhinged status messages about how long you’ve been staring at falling balls.

No manual firing. No endless clicking. Just one more peg, one more upgrade, and one more reason to keep watching.
