Why Early Access?

“Quantum Odyssey is more than just a game. We worked for 6 years to find out the best formula to create a highly addictive experience where mastering the rules of the game equates to mastering real quantum algorithms design. We want to start in Early Access because although large chunks of the experience are complete, there is still so much to do, so much to optimize for, to make sure the game sets the standards for how future quantum games should look and feel like.”

“As long as we need to make sure this becomes an exceptional gaming experience that achieves its missions: teaches you everything about quantum computing and multiplayer features are highly polished enough to organize E-sports like tournaments in quantum.”

“We plan to incorporate a few additional game modes and a lot of seasonal/ ranked events that go beyond the main plot of Quantum Odyssey.”

“No major bugs/ crashes were reported during Closed Beta.

Quantum Odyssey will get you to understand and eventually become an expert in quantum computing: discover how qubit works, why they differ from bits and go all the way to designing insanely complex quantum algorithms that scientists haven't yet discovered. All the stuff you need is inside the game. You don't need to know how to code or understand linear algebra anymore to discover real quantum computing.
